Manufacturing

Our 15,000 sq. ft. factory supports the key stages of garment and textile production. Fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing are carried out in-house, allowing us to maintain close control over workmanship and quality at every stage.

Our printing requirements are now outsourced to specialist printing partners, while Garapa continues to oversee fabric quality, product development and production standards.

Quality Control

Quality is checked throughout production. We carry out testing in-house as well as using reputed independent laboratories where required, including testing for crocking/rubbing fastness, washing fastness and other relevant parameters. Finished products are thoroughly inspected before final packing.

Compliance & Workplace Standards

Worker safety, welfare, working conditions, housekeeping and training are given priority. Fire safety equipment, first-aid facilities and appropriate protective equipment are maintained, and we work in accordance with applicable statutory and labour requirements.
